Project Description
This beautifully designed storey and half dwelling was constructed to a high level of finish, Raft type substructure was installed due to the varying ground conditions, traditional built house in concrete block masonry construction, traditional external wet dash render finish and decorative concrete surrounds to windows, Precast concrete floors , PVC windows and doors, external balcony to rear, internal hardwood timber stairs and internal joinery works to a very high standard.
