Project Description
This architecturally designed 2,900 Sq.Ft dwelling and garage was constructed by Leamore, Substructure consisted of a raft type oundation, masonry external and internal walls  construction throughout,  it also boasts precast concrete floors, external limestone finish to facade to both house and garage, hardwood external doors,  wood grain effect uPVC Windows  and a  very high specification of internal joinery fit out including hardwood ash stairs,  precast sewerage treatment system  and gravity fed percolation area.
